On your special day, you will have a dedicated Coordinator by your side, ensuring the seamless execution of your big day. Your coordinator will be with you from 8am until formalities are done, working hand in hand with your MC and our Front of House team.

Venue
- Chosen venue for 8 hours from ceremony starting time
- Set up and clean up of all Riverside items (excludes external décor)
- Bridal suite for bride & bridal party (7am–7pm)
- Honeymoon suite for the night of the wedding (includes breakfast for 2)
- Wedding coordinator for the day
- Front of House Supervisor
- 1 Barman per 50 guests, 1 Waiter per 20 guests
- Food tasting for the bridal couple
Ceremony
- Lemon & mint mineral water decanter for guests on arrival at the Chapel

Dining Experience
A refined and indulgent four-course celebration of flavour.
- Pre-reception: selection of beers and ciders (1 per guest)
- Pre-reception choice: Harvest table, Canapés (4 per guest), or “Something Meaty” platters (1 per 10 guests)
- Starter: elegantly plated starter
- Main course (buffet or family style): two main meat options, two flavourful starches, three seasonal vegetable dishes or salad options
- Desserts: a decadent selection of 4 exquisite treats

Décor & Tableware
Every detail curated for elegance — from linens to florals.
- Table linen: white or black tablecloths with a selection of in-house runners and napkins
- Glassware: modern crystal wine and champagne glasses
- Cutlery: choice of vintage silver, gold, or rose gold
- Underplates: glass, woven, rose gold, gold, or silver
- Seating: choice of white, clear, gold, or black Tiffany chairs, or amber/clear Phoenix chairs
